 Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy that focus on specific market segments in the inland region.
  • Source, negotiate and sign new business
  • Offer clients a complete integrated service solution of hygiene, cleaning and pest control services
  • Build relationships with big corporate Companies
  • Keep a close relationship with clients going out on tender
  • Plan and set up appointments with the identified customers
  • Deal with clients professionally at all times
  • Provide feedback to Branch Manager on weekly basis
  • Liaise with Branch Manager and existing Sales Teams where necessary
  • Ability to measure their own activity via reports and up to date activity of allocated areas
  • Prospect and prepare worksheets of opposition activity and accounts in their respective areas
  • Manage time and allocated areas effectively to maximize penetration into new and existing markets
  • Liaise and co-ordinate identified opportunities with sales specialists
  • Qualify opportunities for potential sales leads and hand over/ see through opportunities identified to the respective sales specialists

 Salary Range:  Market related
