 Main Responsibilities:

  • Assists customers with all inbound sales queries.
  • Formulates quotations and all relevant paperwork for walk/ call in customers
  • Provides ops with relevant paperwork and accurate site address & Contact
  • Assists debtors’ department with outstanding payments from customers
  • Compile and update weekly sales report.
  • Compile and update monthly sales report.
  • Assisting with general admin duties.
  • Visit customers if necessary
  • Health and Safety
  • Stock counting and ordering
  • Receiving all incoming customers
  • Manual delivery slips for outright purchases that’s delivered
  • Reaching target each month with outright purchases
  • Additional duties may be required from time to time
  • Support outbound sales
  • Ensure all quotes reach customers same day
  • Daily trading sales report updated – daily
  • All service complaints to be logged in SR register and escalated if not resolved in 24 hours
  • Maintain a trading sales database and ensure all customers in your portfolio appear on your trading sales database
  • Monitor conversion rate of all inbound enquiries (Target 80%)
  • Call opposition customers – 12 /month

 Salary Range:  Market related
