Our History

Buzzblock (Pty) Ltd. was registered in 2012 as a General Business Services company. A small motivated group set out with a vision to enter the highly competitive recruitment sector. Our key objective was to provide unparalleled service by approaching recruitment with a more holistic view, truly understanding our client’s culture & working environment, this gave birth to our very popular slogan: “We place Assets not Pawns”. 

2013 – We expanded our service offering to include various management services, ranging from marcoms & marketing to outsourcing facility maintenance & management solutions. 

2014 – Marked a very important milestone for Buzzblock as this was the year that brought our first international Client, and our very first Managed Remote Agency partner. 

2015 – Event Management was added to our portfolio, a total of 14 Events were successfully executed, these events include; Marketing days for our International Clients, Team-building & motivation days, and year-end functions for our Local Clients.

2016 – Moved operations to the new home of Buzzblock in the Millenium Centre in Elspark Germiston. Our staff compliment doubled overnight. 

2018 – This is the year that we won our first public tender for recruitment services in the government vertical, although this exercise was not a pleasant experience, a great deal was learnt. Buzzblock reshuffled the dedicated team and opted not to focus on Government related opportunities.

2019 – Head offices relocated to Jet Park in Boksburg, which was well-received by our customers as this location proved central to major hubs in Gauteng.
